An idea, a little history, and four familiar faces

The home page now follows the requested idea → story → characters sequence. The introduction explains the experiment, the next section tells how a clearing became a valley, and four individually reviewed Unity portraits introduce the original designs. The silent film follows these sections and never autoplays. Portrait descriptions refer to visible design features, not invented personalities or private resident state. Static HTML preserves the same content order. Measured on frozen build public-site-ee6db7427cd40627 / Chromium 151.0.7922.34: 4 named portrait introductions; 255/255 browser assertions passed at 2026-10-14T22:03:16.071Z, including all 64 route/viewport/theme combinations; 100 scoped publication/serving/export/evidence tests passed in 10.17 seconds. A separate no-JavaScript matrix passed 8/8 checks; 16 isolated renderer checks passed. The shared standard is linked through AGENTS.md; the active world and interaction-planning sessions have explicit coordination acknowledgments, and the UI evaluation session already applied it. Next: the owner can publish the reviewed static bundle to Plesk; deployment and search indexing remain unverified.
