Residents can travel through the valley

The simulator now supports seven named destinations across a 337 × 337 cell navigation area, using 887 exported public asset footprints, road preference, water exclusion and bridge crossings. Migration checkpoints saved lives and preserves private data and budgets. All 69 Python tests and 19 Unity checks pass. The rebuilt Metal player and three new rendered captures are verified; no new model calls were made.
