Originalnotiz und Messwerte (Englisch)

How can the website feel like a welcoming little world without making visitors wait for a large picture? Two original generated mood illustrations now introduce Moss, Pip, Pebble and Ember: a group portrait in the hero and a shared garden below the latest notes. Both explicitly say generated artwork, not gameplay. Four inspected existing studio portraits supplied identity references, preserving each silhouette, palette and accessories. The Habitat art bible and warm-hut reference guided continuity; no game model, resident identity or new global art direction was selected. No other project contributor was active when ownership was checked; the earlier chronology collaborator had completed its work. Original prompts and source PNGs remain under art/website-mood/20261016, while the reviewed delivery manifest retains prompts, reference IDs, source hashes and the no-crop RGB/Lanczos WebP quality-82 recipe. Current gameplay evidence remains distinct below. The old hero downloaded 2,734,541 bytes; the tested desktop hero downloads 107,354 bytes and the tested phone 45,568 bytes. These byte counts come from the reviewed delivery manifest and actual Chromium requests on 16 October 2026. Four responsive variants, a matching high-priority HTML preload, explicit dimensions and ordinary static links work before JavaScript; only deliberate opening requests the original. The current village cover also has reviewed responsive variants. On frozen preview website-mood-3a15ff3f027e35ad, 31 Chromium 151 browser checks passed across English/German, desktop/phone and JavaScript on/off, with no page errors, overflow, duplicate hero requests or initial model requests. The scoped publication, localization, static-page, asset, overview and export Python suite passed 120 tests in 26.78 seconds. Journal and motion Node regressions passed separately. A one-navigation-per-version cold desktop sample, cache disabled, at 1,000,000 bytes/second and 80 ms emulated latency, completed the hero response at 13,074 ms before versus 586 ms after navigation. These are local ResourceTiming observations, not field LCP or a live-server speed claim. An exploratory slower run timed out without supplying a comparison. The first publication preview correctly retained its gameplay fallback because the generated originals had not yet received individual internet pins; the preserved intermediate is 20261016T161049517000-34db19ce2523, source website-mood-42389d1174e1a2e6. Explicit original-image review pins resolved that boundary before final checks. Before source hero-before-8f076acd27222467 is 20261016T160656918000-db0538c82cff. Final desktop source/caption view is 20261016T161147076000-4d62b4cc9dcf and the garden section is 20261016T161416057000-b0fe247c7db6; the phone view and both generated originals accompany this entry. All seven exact staged images and sidecars were individually inspected for privacy and internet publication; twelve metadata-free WebP derivatives and their manifest were independently pinned. Original capture dates and pixels are preserved. Next is to observe loading on actual devices and retain this delivery budget as the artwork grows. Publication and live byte verification remain in the website-sync receipt.
