An archive that remembers every iteration

The refined journal adds newest-first visual browsing, text and session filters, and readable provenance. All agents and future sessions must stage each meaningful visual iteration privately, record date/session/agent/iteration and actual source, then inspect and approve it individually. Approved image/JSON pairs are immutable; local opening and return-to-tab refresh the public index. Cross-process locks protect shared manifest updates. Desktop, tablet, 375px overview and 320px archive renders are preserved under dashboard-artful-20261014. The static site remains independent of the simulator.
