A roadmap for little lives
The next goals now have a place in the roadmap: more personal lives, shared stories and a village its residents can shape. They remain planned, with their own place beside the work already achieved.
Full entry & measurements
What could make this valley feel like a society worth returning to? Ten accepted simulator refinements are now recorded as planned milestones, each with an outcome, dependencies and acceptance criteria in the Development roadmap. They cover professional game feel, a reliable local agent harness, personal ambitions, relationships and caretaker contact, sustainable resident-led creation, daily rhythm, family legacy, culture, bounded autonomous mechanic composition and a complete Mac experience. The Project Status archive has a separate Planned milestones section. Its entries lead to the roadmap and share the existing search/status controls. The public historical timeline continues to describe achieved milestones. The original roadmap, JEV.AI evaluation request, diary documentation and earlier journal records are preserved. Qwen3.5-2B, independent instincts, disabled Needle gates and the static overview boundary are unchanged by this planning update. The attached images are actual browser renders of the frozen first-pass website snapshot, not gameplay or evidence that the proposed systems run. Source identity playful-01-first-pass:2f84a7951b523bf3 records the exact HTML, app, stylesheet and data hashes; snapshot time is 15 October 2026 at 22:15:21 Europe/Zurich. Mobile and full desktop frames retain the intermediate full-page/sticky-header capture presentation; the direct section capture shows all ten goals without that surrounding capture artifact. Later website iterations retain their own evidence. Measured snapshot, 15 October 2026: (1) ten planned milestone records were registered, taking the curated feature list from 38 to 48; source is the locked content/collection validation at 22:11 Europe/Zurich against roadmap SHA-256 59f78dc37d99ac4dc451b1c3c01de53028b3fcdd06817fe212189b045a5c4a30; counts describe project records, not completed capabilities. (2) The overview/export/evidence/static-page/public-boundary subset passed 109/109 tests in 26.82 seconds at 22:16 Europe/Zurich, with the recorded generator/test source hashes unchanged during execution; this is separate from the earlier simulator suite. (3) The actual Project Status renderer passed 17/17 isolated Node VM checks on app SHA-256 4bee0f0c4aad01c4573daa6229b56d12ee12613695bf1089db4acd1eaf10e6f2, also the frozen preview app; these are renderer checks, not browser measurements. (4) Three independently reviewed website captures preserve the first archive iteration, recorded at 22:18 Europe/Zurich. Browser checks at 390×844 and 1280×1000 CSS pixels found ten planned rows, ten roadmap links and no horizontal document overflow; search selected the family goal, the roadmap link opened its document, and reload restored all ten goals. All three staged images and sidecars were individually inspected before approval. Contributors acknowledged the documentation contract and held separate ownership: roadmap records here, website rendering in the active redesign, and resident diary work in its own completed increment. Progress mutations read the latest manifest inside the shared lock. The offline export retained the planned records and source documentation. No gameplay or model-performance result is claimed, and no internet publication was performed by this increment. Next, implement and observe the planned improvements to game feel and reliable resident activity, with meaningful transitions and native evidence before promoting any goal to implemented or verified.
