Finding the seat, keeping the story
A bench should be reached before a resident sits down. The simulator now finishes that last step, while a smaller prompt format keeps the same memories and conversation history.
Full entry & measurements
Subsequent Python refinement, 15 October 2026 Zurich. Benches now require an authoritative route to their nonblocking center, including when already nearby. Blocked centers reject atomically. An older saved adjacent approach retains its reservation and walks the remaining distance; an older adjacent rest retains its remaining time while reaching the center. No actor teleport or early completion reward is used. Other objects retain adjacent approaches. Native rig seat-height/facing acceptance remains with the Unity owner and is pending for this source. Awake decision JSON now omits formatting whitespace. The latest optional suggestion has one top-level copy; matching history entries retain their chronology, speaker and source through an explicit text_ref. Resolving references reproduces the prior history. Complete stored memories, nearby speech and validation feedback remain; neither persistent state nor the privacy-filtered observation is mutated. This is a wire-format change, not deletion of a resident's experiences. Measured snapshot: 352 Python tests passed in 17.18 seconds, with source hashes and results in private bench-compact-source.json and bench-compact-tests.xml. Reconstructed pre-run contexts save 342–466 JSON characters before the short reference-explanation rule; no new token/latency improvement is claimed. Three separate synthetic controller checks passed for a completed virtual schedule, a failed start and preserving a concurrent limit change. These are isolated policy tests with no live model calls, not an endurance result. The prepared native controller would hold a 30-wall-minute rendering window with intermittent inference, at most 20 additional local attempts including a connection check, and paused gaps. It retains authentic changes and restores the original limit when still owned by the controller. It has not run. The next checks are native seating and fresh-image model interpretation, followed by the coordinated bounded endurance window. No new rendered image was produced by this Python-only increment; the reused garden frame retains its original date/build and predates this correction. No publication or paid service was used.
