A closer look. A little less reading.
Current village pictures, four faces and eight models. More to look at; the long notes open when you want them.

Full entry & measurements
The website now opens with a current HUD-free village photograph, three short views and four current Unity portraits. Earlier milestones, original notes, before images and the captured-still film remain available on demand. The About page uses the owner-requested public portfolio portrait. Eight individually reviewed, self-contained GLBs open only after View in 3D; orbit, touch and keyboard controls explore all sides. Idle, Walk and tree wind are deliberate web previews, not live resident behavior. Three exact recorded prompts and five honest procedural/source recipes sit behind Prompt & source. A material/source review caught that the first hut was an older WarmHut fallback; the final library uses the current textured woodland cottage without changing game assets. The overlit study 20261016T090531242578-b8b7a5749849 and calmer same-asset studio 20261016T090758861346-69d9e41f6b63 remain dated history, followed by current-cottage poster 20261016T092613380681-2cb83a22af0f. Initial screenshot counters used text rectangles inside closed details and are not valid first-reading measurements; final checks exclude closed detail contents. The early phone evidence 20261016T071455392000-6a1159e41312 is visibly dark despite its initial light metadata label; final captures record the actual theme. Final scoped validation on 16 October: 131 Python checks passed in 19.61 seconds (site assets, static pages, localization, publication, offline export, serving and individual evidence boundaries; scoped-final.xml). The actual JavaScript renderers and menu/preference handlers passed 28 + 5 Node checks. Chromium 151 software-WebGL public snapshot checks passed 155/155 at 09:35 Zurich: eight decoded models, 120 route/width/theme views across 320,390,768,1024,1440 CSS pixels, twelve no-JavaScript routes, lazy loading, explicit Walk pixel/time changes, orbit and Escape focus; browser-checks.json. After the small reversible-disclosure fix, all 10 targeted interaction checks passed at 09:38 Zurich, including actual touch drag, internal camera arrow-key focus, reduced motion and stale-load protection; interaction-browser.json. The earlier 7/10 interaction report remains private and retained: explicit summary focus was an implementation fix, while the arrow-key fixture needed to focus the component camera surface rather than its outer custom-element host. The initial 152/153 public run exposed blocked texture blobs/WebAssembly; the narrow self-hosted policy correction removes those errors. Measured snapshot: Home first-reading words 547 → 199 and Progress 416 → 183, counting only visible #page text with disclosures closed, at 1440×1000, light/reduced motion. The before is a fresh rendering of the preserved pre-edit generated publication, not an invented earlier exposure; records 00b-published-before-metrics.json at 09:08 Zurich. The after is 06-final-metrics.json at 09:38 Zurich, sources visual-docs-efd42616e358f74d / visual-docs-afe5a3d0505649cd. All notes remain available. The final registry contains eight self-contained models totaling 8,851,844 bytes, three exact recorded prompts and five procedural recipes (reviewed resident/world manifests and registry measured 16 October). Browser startup made zero GLB or viewer-module requests; only the chosen model loaded after opening. Automatic delivery installation and internet deployment remain pending their separate verification. This work adds no runtime controls, model calls, resident state or game features. The next check is the deployed website itself, including a real live 3D open; automatic delivery installation and live publication are recorded separately after they are actually exercised.
