An idea gets an answer
In a controlled live test, residents chose and completed both project recipes. A neighbor replied and chose a gift of their own.

Full entry & measurements
Can a live model choose something the simulator can actually finish? GLM 5.3 Flash has now passed the unchanged frontier expression contract through Z.AI. In two authored maker cases it chose the offered keepsake and meal recipes. Ordinary local routines carried both through, with no model narration creating inventory or completion. The recipient also replied through the API and independently selected a keepsake for the giver. The original run ended at 13:01:06 UTC on 16 October 2026. Its two designated maker cases completed; the recipient's further project was still active. A separate local continuation at 13:05:09 UTC released that resident's fixture routine hold and made the original giver stationary. The already-selected project then finished through the same simulator runner with no new inference call. Original reports are preserved, with a separate continuation and reviewed totals. Measured snapshot: 3/3 real character turns produced locally validated expressions; all 3 accepted project choices eventually completed; 1 attributed API reply reached the giver. Each completed project has unique receipt sources resolving to persisted object-use/transfer events, transferred one actual item and survived reload. Source was source-73b2d8ec1d29, unchanged during both phases. These counts come from the recorded live-fixture report and separately reviewed continuation, measured at the times above. The earlier isolated regression results retain their original scope; live delivery replay was not retested. Conditions: fresh public fixtures, authored character hopes, short-route fishing/workbench objects, stationary recipients and one-second simulation steps advanced faster than wall time. Both original project offers remained available; no model output, project choice, reward or completion was injected. The three live turns were the only character inference admissions; local follow-through required no further call. Prompts used only the fresh fixtures, and the harness issued no saved-village action/control request. Generated character writing and account spending remain private. The reused native profile image was captured at 12:26:16 UTC earlier on 16 October, source native-profile-ui-2e27207a294954c2. It demonstrates the existing progress card with authored public content. It is not a new render or an image of these live thoughts or completed projects. No UI or application code changed for this validation increment. See An idea they can finish for the source record. Next: ordinary longer play with moving neighbors, to assess natural pacing and conversation quality rather than only this controlled integration result.
